You have been weighing your options about whether to get a new Class C Motorhome or keep your travel trailer, when all of a sudden a beautiful RV photo (like the one above) comes to mind. The 2012 Forest River Forester 2251 SLEC is calling your name! The Forester 2251 is a Class C Motorhome with great comforts and amenities built-in. I wanted to highlight a few things to keep in mind when buying a new motorhome and why the Forester could be your best RV solution at Clem’s RV and Trailers.
Plenty of Room
Your family size is the most important information to consider when buying an RV. The Forester 2251 sleeps six people comfortably and the 24 foot length of the RV gives the family plenty of room. The master bedroom has a slideout that capitalizes on the amount of room available in this unit. It is great to know that you can pack your bags, jump on board and drive to your destination whenever you want.
Storage and Towing
The Forester 2251 can tow 3,500 lbs (depending on the GW) and this can prove valuable for towing a boat, jet ski or even a small car. Pass-through storage is available which provides efficient loading and unloading and setup and breakdown of camp. There are plenty of cabinets on-board to store all your goods.
Special Forester Features
- 2” wall with Block Foam and SuperLite (R-10)
The competition is known to have 1.5″ walls (R6) and the Forester owner can be confident that their purchase was well worth the investment in stability alone.
- Green Design
All Foresters are built with Superlite instead of wood substrate. It is lightweight, formaldehyde free and is not affected by moisture.
- Slip-Resistant Beauflor Flooring
A better grade of flooring that is slip resistant even in wet conditions and highly resistant to tears. Unlike vinyl floors with paper backing, our backing remains stable in extreme hot or cold and is backed by a two-year cold crack warranty.
- “Quick-Cool” Feature
All Forester have ducted air and crowned fiberglass roofs to shed water. (R-18) Quick-Cool diverts 85% of cool air to the center of the coach.
- Fiberglass Roofing
Our fiberglass roof is extremely durable, easy to clean and will not cause black streaks like a rubber roof will.
- Power Awning
Extend and retract your awning with the push of a button. Both arms are adjustable to get just the right angle
